Celtic Whiskey Tasting - The Whiskey Tasting includes 5 offerings and a general admission ticket to the Celtic Festival -- all for $30.   The tasting will be held at the 2nd Stage Tent on Francis Field 29 W. St. Augustine Orchestra, Ancient City Brass present "Brass Battles" - The orchestra together with the Ancient City Brass Band, will provide the effect of dueling brasses as a special feature at 8 p.m. at the Lightner Museum, 25 Granada St., in St. Augustine. Limelight Theatre Presents: The Rainmaker - Richard Nash's play about the Curry family and their hopes of a marriage and rain during the American Depression Era. Performance times are Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. All performances take place at the Limelight Theatre, located at 11 Old Mission Ave. in St. Augustine. Tickets are $25 for adults, $22 for seniors and $20 for students and military.

St. Augustine Wildlife Cruise - The St. Johns Audubon Society and HAWKE host a unique opportunity to view the area's coastal wildlife from the decks of the Victory III tour boat. The 2-hour guided tour includes a continental breakfast, and departs the St. Augustine Municipal Marina, 111 Avenida Menendez at 8:30 a.m. The tour will visit the St. Augustine harbor and Salt Run. Advance tickets are $35/adults and $20 for children accompanied by an adult. Second Saturdays GTM Reserve Guided Trail Hike - Join GTM Research Reserve volunteers from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. for a 1.5 mile guided walk through the Guana Trail. St. Patrick's Day Parade - This colorful celebration of everything Irish marches through the streets of the Oldest City's Historic District. The circular route is from Francis Field to Cordova, to Orange to Castillo Dr/Avenida Menendez, to Cathedral, to Cordova to Francis Field. The parade is from 10 a.m - 11 a.m. The parade is free family fun! www.celticstaugustine.com

Minorcan Heritage Celebration - The Minorcan Heritage Society holds their annual celebration from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the historic Llambias House, 31 St. Francis St. in St. Augustine. There will be demonstrations of mullet net making, Spanish dance performances, Minorcan foods, and story-telling by Minorcan descendants. There will be t-shirts, books and food for sale. Saturday and Sunday: March 9 & 10 
2013 Celtic Music and Heritage Festival - On Saturday,  St. Augustine's St. Patrick's Day Parade will take place at 10 a.m. as the kick-off of the Celtic Festival.  From  11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., traditional Irish music, Scottish pipes and drums, contemporary Celtic Rock, literature, and all things Celtic will converge in celebration of St. Augustine's remarkable Celtic history and heritage dating back to its founding in 1565! The Celtic Festival features music by international headliners and regional stars including Albannach, Ireland's Dublin City Ramblers and Jacksonville's Rathkeltair and Spade McQuade & The All Stars. Clans, Celtic vendors, plenty of fun for kids and a comic Irish play are included. The festival takes place at Francis Field located behind the St. Augustine Visitors Information Center. Outstanding Women in the Arts Ceremony
The 2013 Recognition Ceremony will be held at 6 p.m. at The Limelight Theatre's Black Box, 11 Old Mission Ave. in St. Augustine. Five women will receive Dr. Gail Pflaster Awards in recognition of their contributions to the artistic environment in St. Johns County.
