The brand new 1500° speaks to the revolving views and the escalating heat for grilling that slab of steak just for you. No other upscale steak restaurant is flanked by the ocean and housed in an iconic hotel with a soap-opera like drama history.
Executive Chef Paula Dasilva orchestrates a symphony of farm fresh ingredients, meticulous preparation, and delivers with a sophisticated presentation and flavors.
The menu changes with the seasons so you can count on dishes that incorporate ingredients and recipes that delight the palette and raise the bar every visit.
