Prime Fish, seafaring sibling to Prime 112 NOW OPEN

Saturday, March 29, 2014

Prime 112 finally opened their seafaring sibling, Prime Fish. The new addition to the empire of Myles Chefetz is located in the old Nemo location (100 Collins Ave, Miami Beach) with some beautiful renovations such as  blue and white checked floors, white subway tiles, chandeliers with dangling glass baubles, an open kitchen, a raw bar and a small but efficient bar.

At Prime Fish you will find the old Nemo favorite like the wok-charred wild king salmon but the main Prime Fish hook is the à la carte fish sautéed, blackened, grilled, or steamed to the customer’s preference. For the entrees you will find the classic Prime112 cuts of meat, diet-friendly “fish on a plate,” wok-charred wild king salmon, swordfish schnitzel, black grouper imperial and Alaskan king crab lasagna.

There is a long list of mouthwatering fish and seafood dishes. Check them all here http://bit.ly/1fg3wLL
